Zicily cuttlefish sauce ready to eat is a ready fish sauce typical of the Sicilian tradition in perfect black style: a dish with an appealing appearance and a sublime taste, perfect for those who love the flavors of the sea.

This preparation from humble origins is today counted among the most refined and whimsical dishes.

Once upon a time, fishermen were looking for a way so as not to throw away any of the cuttlefish, so the housewives decided to combine the ink (cuttlefish ink) with a sauté of garlic, cherry tomatoes and parsley.

Today this precious and tasty ink is used as a sauce and in its variant it also represents a natural dye with an intense taste much appreciated in the kitchen.
